“Police say they were called to the home for possible assault. When they arrived 29-year old Tabitha Risley told officers that she and her boyfriend had been arguing all day and that he hit her in the head.
Officers determined it was a domestic violence situation. After making contact with Risley’s boyfriend, 43-year old Keith Donald O’Fallon then exited the house with a weapon.
That’s when officers shot O’Fallon and he died once arriving at the hospital. According to Little Rock Police the officers involved have been placed on paid administrative leave. Police say their investigation into the shooting will continue. Officers say that O’Fallon and Risley were the only people home at the time of the shooting.”
“Police say officers contacted the man inside, and after unknown events, they fired at least once at the man.” – video
